RETURNS + EXCHANGES + REFUNDS

Used items are non-returnable.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You will receive either a refund or the same product in a different scent.

Please mail your product and receipt of purchase to P.O. Box 388, Marshfield, MA 02050. The customer is responsible for paying for the shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers may also bring the item to our studio during business hours to return or exchange. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.

We will replace or refund any damaged products due to shipping with a photo proof submitted within 7 days of delivery.

I really didn’t like this

I really didn’t like this product. It felt very greasy and seemed to just sit on the surface of my skin. I had tried a sample of the hand lotion which I had really liked and wished I had purchased instead of the body butter.

Eve, I am so sorry you were disappointed in the body butter. This is a very thick product intended for dry skin. It is important to use just a pea-sized amount for your entire arm, leg, etc. so that your skin can absorb it. When you use more product than what your skin needs, the surplus oil cannot be absorbed, so it sits on the surface of your skin. We hope you will try again with a smaller amount to see if that will work better for you. My personal preference is to apply body butter before bedtime. If you try these approaches and still are not happy, please send us a quick email or text message. We want you to be happy with your purchases from us - and do appreciate your feedback!

Been using this product or the last few years and it's absolutely amazing. Always have to purchase before going into the winter season. Keep in mind this is a butter and very thick, so I typically only use before bed so that it soaks in and moisturized through the night. The stress relief scent is my absolute favorite, so calming and relaxing! So amazing that I even bought the linen spray and will spray it before bed - puts me right to sleep!
