  • Use more sticks in your reed diffuser for a stronger scent or for use in a larger area. Use less sticks for a gentler scent or in a smaller space such as a bathroom. 
  • To refresh scent, carefully flip diffuser sticks over once per week, paying attention not to drip oil on your surface. 
  • To prevent spills, be sure to keep diffuser and oil refills away from children and pets.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES + REFUNDS

Used items are non-returnable.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days.  To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You will receive either a refund or the same product in a different scent.

Please mail your product and receipt of purchase to P.O. Box 388, Marshfield, MA 02050. The customer is responsible for paying for the shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers may also bring the item to our studio during business hours to return or exchange. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement. 

We will replace or refund any damaged products due to shipping with a photo proof submitted within 7 days of delivery.

First time doing the refills in the plastic to refill my glass diffuser vs the original glass diffuser purchase. I don’t think they smelt the same. It was a more muted softer smell than the original that disapated quite quickly after pouring in the diffuser. I even bought new reeds just in case. I don’t know maybe because it’s stored in plastic? 🤷‍♀️
I’ll keep getting the Reed Diffusers but not sure about the refills.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear your experience didn't meet your expectations. We want to assure you that our reed diffuser refills are made to order using the exact same premium diffuser base and fragrance oils as our original reed diffusers. The only difference is the packaging.

Since you replaced the reeds, it's possible there may have been a small amount of the previous fragrance remaining in the diffuser affecting the scent throw. Fragrance can also vary depending on room size, airflow, humidity, and placement within the home.
