  • You’ll receive either a refund or the same product in a different scent.

How to Return

Mail your item and receipt to Green Koala, 2081 Ocean Street, Marshfield, MA 02050, or bring it to our studio during business hours. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know whether your refund or replacement is approved.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll gladly replace or refund it.

Favorite scent

Though I love most Green Koala scents, lemongrass is my favorite! I am quiet sensitive to overpowering scents, and this scent is just perfect. Clean, fresh, and just the right amount. The lotion is a great formula, and you feel good about using it. Would recommend!
