RETURNS + EXCHANGES + REFUNDS

Used items are non-returnable.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You will receive either a refund or the same product in a different scent.

Please mail your product and receipt of purchase to P.O. Box 388, Marshfield, MA 02050. The customer is responsible for paying for the shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers may also bring the item to our studio during business hours to return or exchange. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.

We will replace or refund any damaged products due to shipping with a photo proof submitted within 7 days of delivery.

I’ve gotten pear smelling lotions from other places to find out they suck… I’m so impressed with the lotions 🧴 I purchased from Koala 🐨.

Leaves skin very soft

There is no lotion quite like Green Koala’s lotion. It absorbs quickly into my skin so I don’t have to worry about it getting on clothing. My skin looks smoother and my husband always comments on how soft it is. The Pear scent is my favorite. It smells just like a ripe pear. Highly recommended!

Favorite lotion of all time

Lotion companies like to claim their product leaves your skin feeling like silk. I never knew what that meant until I tried this lotion. I’m also autistic and have sensory issues around body product textures and scents — and a lot of allergies (including eucalyptus, alas) — so I approach new products with skepticism. This lotion was probably the nicest product surprise of my life though! It goes on super smooth, no stickiness, and… I’m not sure how to explain how it leaves my skin. It’s not just moisturizing, it’s… well, silky I guess. It feels luxurious, almost decadent, but also very natural at the same time. The scent is lovely — fresh and mild and not overpowering at all. I’m a devotee (and of the candles too) and have just ordered a vanilla body butter and a couple other items with optimism!

Side note: this came in a box my cousin sent me from Green Koala after my bilateral mastectomy earlier this year and it was a much-needed pick-me-up. The box was really nicely done and packed, so if you’re thinking of direct-shipping a gift, do it.
