Care + Safety
- Trim wick to 1/4 inch before each burn to encourage an even flame and minimize soot and excessive smoking.
- Place on a heat-resistant surface while burning. Once lit, the container will be hot, let it cool before handling it.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended or near flammable objects.
- Be sure to keep candles away from children and pets.
- The candle may discolor when exposed to direct sunlight or fluorescent lighting.

- Free standard shipping on orders of $65 or more, using the carrier of our choice.
- Local pickup is available.
- Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation within 7 business days, please email us at info@greenkoala.net.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unopened and unused, in their original condition. Opened or used items cannot be returned for quality reasons.
- Personalized items are made to order and are not eligible for return.
- You’ll receive either a refund or the same product in a different scent.
How to Return
Mail your item and receipt to Green Koala, 2081 Ocean Street, Marshfield, MA 02050, or bring it to our studio during business hours. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know whether your refund or replacement is approved.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll gladly replace or refund it.
