  • You’ll receive either a refund or the same product in a different scent.

How to Return

Mail your item and receipt to Green Koala, 2081 Ocean Street, Marshfield, MA 02050, or bring it to our studio during business hours. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know whether your refund or replacement is approved.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll gladly replace or refund it.

This is by far my most favorite hand lotion and scent. The scent is not overpowering and the lotion itself does not leave the greasy feel. All of the hand lotions are amazing!!
