• Trim wick to 1/4 inch before each burn to encourage an even flame and minimize soot and excessive smoking.
• Place on a heat-resistant surface while burning. Once lit, the container will be hot, let it cool before handling it.
• Never leave a burning candle unattended or near flammable objects.
• Be sure to keep candles away from children and pets.
• The candle may discolor when exposed to direct sunlight or fluorescent lighting. 

• Coconut is a renewable, high-yield crop per hectare. This makes coconut wax a great sustainable product.
• Organic by nature, coconut oil comes from its raw material, the coconut flesh. Production is free from toxins, GMOs, the use of pesticides, and the need for deforestation.
• Coconut wax is known for a clean, long-lasting burn
• Coconut wax has a much better scent throw, allowing the aroma to circulate around and fill your room better.
• Coconut wax allows aromas to burn true, releasing a natural scent without distortion both cold (not lit) and hot (when lit).
• Coconut wax has beautiful, creamy white color-no dyes necessary.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unopened and unused, in their original condition. Opened or used items cannot be returned for quality reasons.
• Personalized items are made to order and are not eligible for return.
• You’ll receive either a refund or the same product in a different scent.

How to Return

Mail your item and receipt to Green Koala, 2081 Ocean Street, Marshfield, MA 02050, or bring it to our studio during business hours. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know whether your refund or replacement is approved.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll gladly replace or refund it.
