RETURNS + EXCHANGES

• Items must be unopened and unused, in their original condition. Opened or used items cannot be returned for quality reasons.
• Personalized items are made to order and are not eligible for return.
• You’ll receive either a refund or the same product in a different scent.

How to Return

Mail your item and receipt to Green Koala, 2081 Ocean Street, Marshfield, MA 02050, or bring it to our studio during business hours. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know whether your refund or replacement is approved.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll gladly replace or refund it.
